Is the 30-Day ClickFunnels Challenge Worth It?
The One Funnel Away Challenge is ClickFunnels’ free 30-day training for building your first sales funnel. We explain what you get, how the four weeks are structured, what it really costs once the free trial ends, and who it suits.
Choose the challenge for an offer you can work on
Have a product or service idea, time to build and a software budget ready. The training and the ClickFunnels subscription are separate parts of the decision.

Follow the official access instructions (opens in a new tab)I want to promote other people's products
Start with a useful affiliate page and a permitted offer. Decide whether training built around your own product is the task you need next.
Complete the free first-page exerciseEnrollment check: the public offer shows a 14-day ClickFunnels trial followed by $97/month for Launch. The trial is shorter than the 30-day training. Confirm the selected offer's full charge, billing date and cancellation terms at enrollment. Official challenge offer (opens in a new tab), checked October 31, 2026.
Try a complete readiness and budget example
Fictional participant: a tutor wants to sell one lesson package. Their next result is a clear offer page, booking or checkout step, confirmation and delivery instructions. They schedule four one-hour work sessions per week for four weeks: 16 planned hours. That is their schedule, not a promise that it is enough to finish the training.
They budget one paid Launch month at $97, a hypothetical $30 domain cost and $60 of optional advertising: $187 before tax and other extras. A $150 budget is $37 short. Without that optional advertising, the example totals $127; the participant still needs a realistic way to reach the intended audience.
Before joining, record the next concrete task, available work sessions, selected software tier, planned paid months and optional spending. A training purchase does not supply customers or a completed funnel.
Use the cost timeline and ClickFunnels trial decision to set your own review date before the billing deadline.

What is the One Funnel Away Challenge?
The One Funnel Away Challenge (OFA) is a 30-day video training from ClickFunnels that walks beginners through building and launching one sales funnel. Russell Brunson, the CEO of ClickFunnels, teaches the Expert track for coaches, course creators and other experts who want to sell what they know. Trey Lewellen teaches the Ecom track for people who want to find and sell a physical product. You get access to both.
The challenge itself has no price, but you build your funnel inside ClickFunnels, so new users join by starting a 14-day ClickFunnels free trial. Existing ClickFunnels users find the challenge already included in their account.
What You Get
Here’s what the challenge includes, as ClickFunnels describes it on the sales page and in its help center.

Daily Missions
A new training video each weekday for four weeks, with real demonstrations.
-
Two Tracks
Expert (info products) and Ecom (physical products). You can follow either track, or both.

-
Optional VIP

How the 30 Days Are Structured
The challenge runs over four weeks of weekday “missions”. Week 1 and week 4 are shared; weeks 2 and 3 follow the track you choose.
Week 1: Foundation
Funnels vs websites, choosing your path, “funnel hacking” and building your offer.
Week 2: Your Offer or Product
Expert: webinar, course and membership area. Ecom: choosing and validating one product.
Week 3: Build Your Funnel
Expert: order form, registration page and a Zoom webinar. Ecom: pricing, order form, upsells and Facebook ads.
Week 4: Traffic & Audience
Traffic basics, short videos, paid ads, Facebook content and the “Dream 100”.
What the Challenge Really Costs
The training costs nothing. What you pay for is ClickFunnels, which the challenge runs on. The 14-day trial is shorter than the four-week challenge, so finishing on schedule normally means at least one paid month.

Refunds and the Guarantee

Final Verdict: Is the One Funnel Away Challenge Worth It?
The One Funnel Away Challenge is a well-organised way to learn ClickFunnels and build your first funnel, and the training itself is free. The real cost is ClickFunnels: $97 a month once the 14-day trial ends, which comes before the four weeks do.
If you already plan to use ClickFunnels, it’s worth taking. If you’re an affiliate who only wants to promote other people’s products, know that both tracks are built around selling your own offer or product.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the One Funnel Away Challenge free?
The challenge itself has no price. New users get it by starting a 14-day ClickFunnels free trial, which then costs $97 a month (Launch plan) unless you cancel. Existing ClickFunnels users find it included in their account.
How long does the challenge take?
Four weeks, with a new training video each weekday; the sales page suggests setting aside about an hour a day. You can also go through it at your own pace.
Who teaches the One Funnel Away Challenge?
Russell Brunson teaches the Expert track and Trey Lewellen teaches the Ecom track. Guest experts join the weekly live calls.
Do I need ClickFunnels for the challenge?
Yes. You build your funnel inside ClickFunnels, and the sales page says you need the software for the challenge. That’s why it comes with a ClickFunnels trial.
Can I get a refund?
The sales page offers a 30-day guarantee that cancels your ClickFunnels membership if you do the training and aren’t satisfied. ClickFunnels’ terms say subscription payments after a trial aren’t refundable, so cancel at least 24 hours before your trial ends if you don’t want to be charged.
Is it useful for affiliate marketing?
It teaches funnel basics that affiliates can use, such as offers, landing pages and traffic. But both tracks are built around selling your own info product or physical product, not promoting someone else’s.
